Agreement to These Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and VidZenith L.L.C‑FZ (“VidZenith”, “we”, “us”), the maker and seller of PepPin, for your use of the PepPin app on iPhone and Android and the peppin.health website (together, “PepPin”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using PepPin, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PepPin.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure that using PepPin, and anything you choose to do with the information in it, is lawful where you live.
What PepPin Is
PepPin is a personal logging and tracking tool. It helps you record doses, keep a schedule, manage vial inventory, run reconstitution calculations, see your progress, log food, and look up general reference information about compounds in the Library. On iPhone, Chat lets you ask questions and get automatically generated answers.
PepPin is not a healthcare provider, a pharmacy, a medical device or a clinical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not monitor your health or respond to emergencies.
Not Medical Advice
Everything in PepPin — the Library, the figures shown during onboarding, calculator results, reminders, Chat replies and any other content — is general information for reference and record‑keeping only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a recommendation or endorsement of any compound, dose, schedule or protocol, and it is not tailored to your health. The reconstitution calculator only does arithmetic on the numbers you enter; it does not choose or recommend a dose.
Library content is compiled from published sources, which are cited. Sources can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and dose ranges reported in research have not been validated by us for anyone, let alone for you. Many compounds discussed in PepPin are not approved for human use by any regulator. The Estimated levels chart is an estimate from a simple model of what you have logged, not a measurement of anything in your body.
Using PepPin does not create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship with us. Decisions about your health are yours to make with a licensed healthcare professional who knows your situation. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in PepPin. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Compounds and Third‑Party Products
We do not sell, supply, prescribe, source or help you obtain any compound, and we do not verify any product or seller. Products bought from third parties may be mislabeled, contaminated, counterfeit or illegal to buy, possess or use where you live. Whether to acquire or use any compound, and the results of doing so, are entirely your responsibility and at your own risk.
Chat
Chat replies are generated automatically by an artificial‑intelligence model from your message and context from your PepPin data. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and may sound confident when they are wrong. Treat them as a starting point for your own reading and for conversations with a professional, not as instructions. Safeguards built into Chat are not guaranteed to work in every conversation, and no Chat reply is medical advice.
Before your first question, PepPin shows you what will be sent and asks you to agree. Without Pro, you get 3 free Chat messages in total; with Pro, Chat has a daily limit. Chat is available on iPhone only for now. We may change the AI model, the limits and the features of Chat, and they may be unavailable from time to time. You can turn AI features off in Profile › Privacy & data. Do not enter other people’s personal information into Chat. Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent and how we handle it.
Your Account
On iPhone, daily tracking works without an account; to use Chat and to keep your subscription linked to you, you sign in with Apple or Google. On Android, you sign in with Google. Keep your device and your Apple or Google account secure; you are responsible for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile › Privacy & data › Delete account). On iPhone this deletes your PepPin data from your iPhone and your iCloud and asks our server to delete your purchase record at RevenueCat; on Android it deletes your PepPin records from that phone (and from your Android backup at its next backup), and your RevenueCat purchase record is deleted on request via [email protected]. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in your App Store account settings. Subscriptions and Payments
PepPin Pro (full Library compound pages, the Estimated levels chart, and a daily Chat limit beyond the 3 free messages) is a paid subscription, available monthly or yearly. On iPhone it is sold through Apple’s In‑App Purchase and is subject to Apple’s terms. Pro is not yet available on Android, and the Android app offers no purchases today; when Pro comes to Android, it will be sold through Google Play Billing and will be subject to Google Play’s terms. Pro is linked to your PepPin account. A subscription bought in one store is managed, renewed, cancelled and refunded in that store.
What you get. The price, subscription period and what is included are shown in the app before you buy. Features in the free tier may change over time.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Your Apple Account or Google Play account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Canceling. On iPhone, manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Once Pro is available on Android, you will manage it in the Google Play Store app: tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, the app shows its length and the price that follows before you start it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged at the end of the trial. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store you paid: Apple under its policies (request one at reportaproblem.apple.com), or Google Play under its refund policy.
Price changes. We may change prices or what a subscription includes. Apple or Google will tell you about any price increase before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
License and Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use PepPin on devices that you own or control, in line with the terms of the store you got it from. On iPhone, the app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which applies alongside these terms; if the two conflict about the app license or your App Store purchase, Apple’s terms control. On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply alongside these terms to your download and purchase.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense PepPin; reverse‑engineer or attempt to extract its source code; scrape, bulk‑download or reproduce the Library or other content; work around the paywall, usage limits or security; access PepPin by automated means; or use PepPin to build a competing product.
Your Content
You own the information you enter in PepPin. You give us the limited rights needed to store and process it to run PepPin — for example, to send a Chat message, with the relevant context, to our AI provider so a reply can be generated — as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log. PepPin is a convenience, not a guaranteed record: keep any records you cannot afford to lose backed up elsewhere.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Acceptable Use
Do not use PepPin to break the law; to harm, harass or defraud anyone; to give medical advice to others; to promote or sell compounds; to upload malicious code or interfere with PepPin’s operation; or to violate anyone’s rights. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Intellectual Property
PepPin, the PepPin name and logo, the app’s design, the Library, and all other content and software are owned by VidZenith or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the license above.
Third‑Party Services
PepPin relies on services provided by others, including Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, iCloud, Apple Health, In‑App Purchase), Google (Sign in with Google, Google Play, Google Play Billing, Android backup), RevenueCat (subscription checks) and our AI provider, Anthropic, PBC. Their terms apply to your use of those services, and we are not responsible for them. Where the App Store or Google Play terms conflict with these terms in relation to your download or purchase, the store’s terms control.
Availability and Termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of PepPin at any time, and we may release updates that you must install to keep using it. We do not promise that PepPin will always be available or error‑free.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or if we stop offering PepPin; where reasonable, we will give you notice. You can stop using PepPin at any time. The sections Not Medical Advice, Compounds and Third‑Party Products, Your Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Disputes and General Terms continue to apply after termination.
Disclaimers
PepPin is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or promises of any kind, express or implied — including about accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement — and no promise that PepPin or anything in it will produce any health or other result.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidZenith and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to PepPin. In particular, we are not liable for any injury, illness, adverse reaction or other health outcome, or for any legal consequence, connected with any compound, product, dose, schedule or decision you make, whether or not it was recorded in or discussed with PepPin.
Our total liability to you for all claims connected with PepPin is limited to the amount you paid us through PepPin in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer where you live.
Indemnity
You will compensate and defend VidZenith against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of PepPin in violation of the law, or your acquisition or use of any compound.
Disputes
If you have a problem with PepPin, email [email protected] first and we will try to resolve it with you informally. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the consumer‑protection law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
General Terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about PepPin. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term, we are not giving it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
We may update these terms; we will post the new version at peppin.health/terms with a new “last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use PepPin after a change means you accept it.
